I am interested in going to the Latin music show in Sunday at Recreation Park.
I need to know about the seating – do we sit on the grass, seats etc.
I also need to know if there are trees for shade or is it all an open space.
    Thanks very much.

It is a big open field, and you are welcome to bring low lawn chairs. Regular lawn chairs can be brought too, but we ask that you sit towards the back so as to not block the view of those behind you sitting on the grass or in lower chairs. There is very little shade, so we strongly recommend applying sunblock, bringing extra, and wearing hats. Any umbrellas will have to be in the very back. The late afternoon might be cool, too, so bring a light jacket or sweater. The weather is forecasted to be in the upper 70’s with sun after early morning clouds. We look forward to seeing you there!

Was just wondering if there’s a preliminary schedule for the 2010 Jazz festival. I have friends from out of town wanting to make plans!

    Thanks

I find the prices absolutely nowhere and this is very frustrating. What does each performance cost? I want to come but will not make the trip without this information.thank you very much

The prices are on the day by day event pages, listed in the right column on each web page. Click the artist you’re interested in, the price of tickets is toward the top of the page. They’re even on the Complete Schedule flier, reprinted on http://www.healdsburgjazzfestival.org/wordpress/festival/schedule/ (NOTE: If there are no prices, such as the Tuesday June 8 Healdsburg Plaza show, the shows are free!)

Low back chairs are allowed, high chairs and umbrellas are strongly urged to move to the back. It should be fun for everybody, right? Bringing a picnic is fine, as long as you don’t have glass or cans (and take your own left-overs).
For the outdoor shows gates open at noon for Sunday June 6 Stars of Brazil at Rec Park, and 1 pm for the Festival Finale at Rodney Strong on Sunday, June 14.

We were at the concert of Esperanza Spalding on June 11th. What an event..words can’t come close to describing this performance. I would like to know the name of the song Esperanza sang with Leo Genovese. Unbelivable Has this been recorded?

    Thanksa,

    Moira
