Healdsburg Jazz Festival

 The Community Connection

One of the most distinguishing features of the Healdsburg Jazz Festival is its strong connection to and support from the community. We are fortunate that most of our financial contributions are generated locally. Residents with private guest homes host many musicians; area restaurants and caterers donate food and drink; and businesses in town decorate their store windows with musical themes. All of the spirit and energy of this year long effort takes place during the beginning of June, transforming our small town into a Mecca for world-class performers. Local residents, the visiting musicians, and the jazz enthusiasts they attract all emerge richer and happier for the wonderful musical experience.
