Refund Policy

U.S. Returns

We issue refunds on purchases up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Returns are free of charge if you wish to exchange an item or receive store credit. If you decide you do not want either an exchange or store credit and request a refund, there is a 3% refund fee (what it costs us), and the refund can only be credited to the method of payment of the original transaction.

Outside the U.S. Returns

All international customers are responsible for any costs in sending items back to us.

We do not offer exchanges to international customers. If you wish to change an item, you will have to return the item(s) back to us for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Returns (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@healdsburgjazz.org and send your item to:

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take to exchange an item may vary, depending on where you live.

When shipping an item consider tracking the package or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receiving your returned item(s).
